Horrible experience. It should not even get 1 star. Will be filing a complaint with Shell corporation. We stopped with our 34' camper and pulled into pump. The credit card was not working on it. So I went inside with my credit card to get fill up. The girl answered phone on personal call and I had to wait until she could be bothered to get off phone and do her job. Just so she could have an attitude with me that the pumps are pre pay and I have to know the amount of gas I want. I cannot get a fill up or I could just move to another pump. Sure with this huge camper, let me just move over one. After a few exchanges she just told me goodbye. So I stormed out saying that I would be contacting corporate and we went to the BP across the street. AVOID this place like it is contagious.
The cashier is rude and lazy AF!
Long lines
So I was on the road all night trying to get home and I stopped at this location like I always do when I come through that way, I walk in and I bring my stuff to the counter and ask for 25 in gas. The lady rings me up for 20 in gas and I say I said 25 and she gave me a attitude and said she heard 20. Then she changed it and I accidentally slid the money to hard to her and she went off on me and embarrassed me in front of other customers I even apologized and said that I am running off of no sleep trying to get home to my family then she proceeds to tell me not to let it happen again like I'm her child, had me all in my feelings you do not speek to ppl that way I own a business and deal with customers on a daily basis you half to be understanding! You never know whom your talking to neither, I promise I know allot of my brothers that ride will never stop at this location again and I will let everyone that I know about this experience
