Don't expect a high end 5Star. Keep in mind travelers stop because of the cost. It was the perfect midpoint for a 24hr road trip. For 2 a.m. the front desk Lady was not only beautiful but professional, sweet and to the point. The room was clean (extremely outdated) some bowing furniture and bent metal holders in the restroom. Beds could be softer and pillows fluffier. Let's not forget it was CLEAN and for a few hour's sleep and and awesome shower in the morning it was perfect.
Ok so here's the deal . Myself and another guy work for a repo agency out of state .we at times are required to go to other areas to pick up the slack from time to time. No problem. Well the first time we came to this particular area which was the first of 4 times .we checked to see how much a room would run for a couple days . I guess the guy was the owner or just a worker but he was asleep in a back room when we tried to get an answer at the desk. We called and called and finally he came to the counter half asleep and rude. He said they had no rooms .Ok no problem except cars where everywhere and Windows were open .Ok maybe they was full .I don't know.well 2 weeks later we came back and a female was working and we got a room right away. Worked 3 days went home came back a 1 1/2 weeks later same guy behind counter looks like just woke up and looks at the wrecker and says . No rooms . Now tell me how when he isn't here there are rooms but when hrs there a repo man can't get a room. Hmmmm. I wonder.
My husband and I drove in from 12 hours away, I had called and reserved a room under my name. My husband went in and paid for a week while I stayed in the car with my sleeping baby. The next morning my husband went to work and I went to Walmart to get some groceries, came back and my card wouldn't work so I went to the front desk to get a new card and the man would not give me a new card or let me into my room because my husband was the one who paid for the room. I explained my husband was at work and wouldn't get off until 5:30 and the man said he could not help me. He was extremely rude and to top it all off the room is nasty! If I had known how bad it was we would have NEVER stayed here a week. The carpet is sticky and stinks like mold. I'm trying to get a refund for the rest of the week we paid for but so far no luck. I do not recommend staying here!
Front desk staff is very respectful Rooms are clean. House keeping has been good. I checked here for 10 days. Spent 5 night already. Great experience so far.
Room smelled like mold immediately upon opening the door. Felt as though bugs were crawling over me in the night. Woke up to find a giant coackroach running across the floor: No television in the room, even though the online booking information said there would be.
